2-alarm Delco fire placed under control

ALDAN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a house fire in Delaware County early Thursday.

The 2-alarm fire started around 3:30 a.m. on South Elm Avenue in Aldan.

Officials say it began on the front port and spread to upper floors.

Everyone was able to get out safely.

A cause is under investigation.
