WEST CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Officials have released the names of the four people who died in the fire at the Barclay Friends Senior Center in West Chester, Pa.

The Chester County Coroner's office says the victims were 93-year-old Mildred Gadde, 85-year-old Theresa Malloy and 89-year-old Delores Parker and her husband, 92-year-old Thomas Parker.

The four victims were originally listed as missing, but officials found their remains last week.

The cause of death for all four was smoke inhalation, investigators say.

The five-alarm fire erupted on the night of November 16, forcing many residents out into the cold. Authorities say there were 152 people inside the building when the flames erupted - 137 residents and 15 staffers.

A total of 27 injuries were reported.

Many neighbors helped with the chaotic rescue effort, wrapping the elderly in blankets and carrying them to ambulances in makeshift gurneys. Many were pushed in wheelchairs or rolled on beds to safety.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
