94-year-old robbed inside Center City Philadelphia medical facility

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A man robbed a 94-year-old woman inside a Center City Philadelphia medical facility, police say.

It happened around 2:15 p.m. on November 27.

Police say the 94-year-old was inside the lobby of Penn Medicine on the 800 block of Walnut Street.

The suspect approached her and stole her wallet from her purse, police say.

When the victim attempted to stop the suspect, police say he brushed past her and fled.

He was last seen south on 8th Street.

Police released surveillance video of the suspect on Tuesday.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
