1 dead in Southwest Philadephia shooting

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man was shot and killed on Friday evening in Southwest Philadelphia.

The shooting happened at 5:45 p.m. in the 7100 block of Theodore Street.

The victim was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

There was no immediate word on a suspect or motive.

The victim's name has not been released.
