HAMILTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Health officials confirm Rosa's restaurant in Hamilton, Mercer County was cited for employee hand-washing violations, one month before a worker tested positive for hepatitis A.

Workers were also observed handling food with bare hands.

Three customers have contracted the disease, although officials have not said if their cases were directly linked to the worker diagnosed in November.

Action News called the restaurant and the owner had no comment.

Health officials say they've seen improvements during recent follow up visits.
