Woman suffers smoke inhalation in Claymont fire

CLAYMONT, Del. (WPVI) -- A woman suffered smoke inhalation after a house fire in Claymont, Delaware.

It happened around 3:45 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Plumtree Lane.

Flames were coming from a two-story home but spread to a second home.

A woman suffered smoke inhalation and was treated at the scene.

The fire was brought under control within a half hour.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
