Man fatally shot in South Philadelphia

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say one man is dead after he was shot in the face in South Philadelphia.

The incident occurred along the 2100 block of Taney Terrace.

Authorities say a 49-year-old man was shot just after 10 p.m. Saturday.

He was rushed to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

So far, there have been no arrests and no motives for the shooting.
