Missing Philadelphia woman found, later died of hypothermia

WYNNEFIELD (WPVI) -- A missing woman, who suffered from dementia, was found on Friday - but she later died of hypothermia.

80-year-old Mildred Rhem was last seen Wednesday night at her home on Melvin Street in the city's Wynnefield section.

Philadelphia police earlier said she had been known to wander away from home.

Authorities had been especially concerned for her safety because of the extremely cold weather.
