1 dead, another injured in double shooting in Tioga-Nicetown

A double shooting in the Tioga-Nicetown section of the city has now become a murder investigation.
The 42-year-old man who was shot has died from his wounds.
A 16-year-old girl was also shot.
She is in stable condition after getting wounded in the arm.
The incident occurred in the 3300 block of North 20th Street.
Police have not announced an arrest.
