Police: Husband kills wife in Logan domestic dispute

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A domestic dispute ended with a 68-year-old woman dead in the Logan section of Philadelphia, police said.

Officers were called to the 5000 block of North 7th Street around 11 p.m. Sunday.

Police said a 69-year-old man shot his wife in the chest.

She was rushed to the hospital, but died a short time later.

The husband was taken into custody.
