UPPER DARBY, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- An Upper Darby, Pa. police officer crashed early Thursday morning during a police pursuit.

No officers were injured.

Action News obtained cellphone video, which shows other officers responding to the crash site.

It happened around 12:30 a.m. on the 5300 block of Baltimore Pike in Upper Darby Township.

Police from multiple agencies were chasing a home invasion suspect in a stolen car when an Upper Darby officer lost control and spun out.

That cruiser careened through a fence, coming to a stop in the line of grass that separates the road from a sharp drop into a nearby parking lot.

Officers got out and ran after the suspect, searching nearby neighborhoods.

The suspect was taken into custody.
