VIDEO: Protecting your skin in the spring sun
It's not summer yet but don't be fooled, you can still get burned by the sun.

It's not summer yet but don't be fooled, you can still get burned by the sun.

During the spring, the sun gets higher in the sky and the sun's rays are becoming more intense.

So to avoid sun damage, use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30.

And since it's not too hot, you can also wear longer sleeves.

A hat is always helpful as well to cover exposed skin.
