7-Eleven clerk tied up during robbery in Delco

FOLCROFT, Pa. (WPVI) -- A 7-Eleven clerk was tied up during an armed robbery in Folcroft, Pennsylvania.

The incident happened around 3:45 a.m. Tuesday at the convenience store located on the 2000 block of Delmar Drive.

Police say the armed suspect entered the store and tied up the clerk.

The suspect then made off with an unknown amount of cash before fleeing the store.

Police are interviewing witnesses as they gather information.

The clerk was not seriously injured.
