Man charged in Ocean County murder

SOUTH TOMS RIVER, N.J. -- Police have arrested a 26-year-old man and charged him in the murder of 27-year-old Wille Z. Love of Bayville, New Jersey.

The murder happened back on June 8th around 10:55 p.m. in South Toms River, New Jersey

Police say that Love died as a result of a single shot allegedly fired by Samuels into a vehicle the victim was driving.

Love was taken to Community Medical Center where he later died.

Police also arrested 21-year-old Jennifer Rauscher and charged her with 2nd degree hindering the apprehension of Samuels.

She allegedly gave false information to the detectives investigating the case.

Her bail was set at $100,000 with no 10% option.

Samuels chose to turn himself on Friday evening, accompanied by his attorney.

His bail was set at one (1) million dollars cash only.

Police have not said the motive for the shooting.
