Philadelphia Phillies General Manager Ruben Amaro Jr. was asked a question Tuesday.

His answer has upset some fans and perhaps Chase Utley.

The Phillies GM says Utley should not be the starting second baseman when he returns from his ankle injury.

Amaro feels Cesar Hernandez should be in there.

Utley is batting a career low .179.

When asked about Amaro's comments, Utley said, "Well, I think Cesar has done a really good job. There you go."

The Phillies beat the Dodgers Tuesday night 7-2.
