Delaware man sold presciption drugs from home, police say

ELSMERE, Del. (WPVI) -- A 52-year-old Delaware man is behind bars, charged with selling prescription drugs out of his home.

Charles Longacre was arrested Thursday at a house in the 300 block of Mansion Road in Wilmington after police seized dozens of oxycodone pills, several Fentanyl patches and other medications worth about $1,500.

They also seized more than $600 in cash.

Elsmere, Delaware police made the arrest at the home in Wilmington.

They say they were led to Longacre during the course of a drug investigation in Elsmere.

Longacre is charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, multiple counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

He's behind bars at the Howard Young Institution after failing to post the $35,000.00 secured bail.
