If you're struggling to lower your blood pressure, drinking tomato juice may help.

New research claims drinking a glass of unsalted tomato juice daily is an easy way to lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease.

The new report published in "Food Science and Nutrition" shows tomato juice can also reduce bad cholesterol levels.
