The crash happened at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday on the 3400 block of North Broad Street.
Action News has learned two people were injured when a car hit a vehicle. One person is listed in critical condition and the second victim is listed as stable.
Police originally said the crash was due to racing but this is no longer the case.
Authorities are still investigating what caused the crash.
