The stabbing happened at Penn Valley Elementary in Levittown around 11:45 p.m. after two groups arrived for a fight, according to investigators.
"I've lived here for 30 years and nothing like that has ever happened in this neighborhood," said Paul Medianick of Levittown.

During the fight, Falls Township police say four people were stabbed.
Two of those victims are hospitalized in critical condition. The other two victims were treated and released.
A short time after the stabbing, police say one of the groups involved retreated to a house on Willow Drive.

That's where a drive-by shooting happened, investigators said.
"A car pulled up to the front of the house and fired approximately a dozen shots into the house," said Lt. Henry Ward with the Falls Township Police Department.
No one inside the house was injured in the shooting.
Neighbors on Willow Drive are also surprised at the violence in the two Levittown neighborhoods.
"I didn't know if they were shooting at my house. It scared me. It's a quiet neighborhood here," said Don Nyers of Levittown.
Police say they are still investigating but the victims are not cooperating.
Investigators believe the initial fight may have stemmed from an argument over social media.
