The incident occurred on the 300 block of North Robinson Street at the intersection of Vine Street.
Video shows that a large portion of one wall and the roof has crumbled.
Bricks are now covering Robinson Street.
There have been no reports of any injuries.
No word if the building was occupied at the time that it collapsed.
