Cherry Blossom Festival returns for April
The Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival of Greater Philadelphia gets underway this weekend. It kicks off Saturday at Shofuso, the Japanese House and Garden in Fairmount Park. Throughout the nine-day festival, you can simply enjoy the fragile pink blossoms of the 1,000 cherry trees, or celebrate Japanese culture with events like origami- and sushi-making classes.
