2 women struck by car in Cherry Hill

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Two women are hospitalized after both were struck by a car in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

It happened around 7:15 p.m. Tuesday along Greentree Road near Route 70.

Initial reports say the women, believed to be a mother and her adult daughter, were attempting to return to an office when they were struck.

Workers from the office building tell Action News the two had just gone across the street to Dunkin Donuts.

Both were rushed to Cooper University Hospital for care.

One is in critical condition. The other has less severe injuries.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
