Shooting victim found dead inside car in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police have identified the man who was shot to death inside a car in Chester, Delaware County.

He was identified as 18-year-old Nicholas Steel.

Police say he was found slumped over the wheel of a dark blue Buick Luzerne on the 1100 block of Butler Street just before 8 p.m. Saturday night.

According to authorities, Steel had been shot several times.

A passenger who was with him at the time was not hurt.

So far, police have no motives or suspects.
