The restaurant will be celebrating in a different way than the traditional Chick-fil-A First 100 Grand Opening celebrations.
The Barrington location will be surprising 100 local heroes - members of the police force, firefighters, and EMTs - making an impact in the community with free Chick-fil-A for year.
Chick-fil-A will also be donating $25,000 to Feeding America. Chick-fil-A says the funds will be distributed to partners within the greater Barrington area to aid in the fight against hunger.
The restaurant is located at 301 White Horse Pike. It will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
