14-year-old Julia has Cerebral Palsy and is a student at Kingsway Learning Center in Moorestown, New Jersey.
"We just wanted to get her up and moving throughout the day," said Holly Walton, physical therapist at Kingsway Learning Center.
Her walker retails for over $400 dollars, but they got it for about $70 dollars at Goodwill.
"We are able to serve a lot of kids that wouldn't necessarily be able to get the equipment," said Walton.
The equipment is tailored to each kid's specific need
"We will give them measurements sometimes and they go around and find what works," said Walton.
While we checked out the warehouse, Julia's sister, Jennifer, picked up a shower chair for $25 dollars.
"Shower chairs are very expensive. I think the one we were looking at was over $300 dollars and it was not feasible to do," she said.

Jennifer calls this sale a lifesaver.
"It's great if you're on a lower budget like me. I can't afford thousands of dollars. This is a great alternative - it's cleaned," she said.
"We sanitize, refurbish and sell it to the public. And the most important thing is you do not need a prescription. This is retail sales and you don't have to ask your insurance company to pay," said Lynn Tighe, VP of Goodwill Home Medical.
The sale boasts 16,000 square feet of space with medical equipment and devices for all kinds of needs
"We have hospital beds, canes, crutches, shower chairs and bedside commodes that insurance companies wont cover," said Tighe.
Some items are gently used, but they also just received 12 tractor trailers of brand new donated items - all 50 to 75 percent off.
"It makes their lives easier - its from pediatric to geriatric," said Tighe.
The very first sale is this Saturday, January 20th at Goodwill's Bellmawr location. on Beningo Boulevard.
