Traffic stop leads to drug arrest in New Castle

TOWNSEND, Del. (WPVI) -- A traffic stop in New Castle, Delaware led to the arrest of a man on drug charges.

Delaware State Police say 53-year-old Robert Collins Jr. was spotted driving erratically around 8:30 p.m. Thursday on Summit Bridge Road in Townsend.

Police say Collins was pulled over and during the traffic stop officers found 416 bags of heroin.

Collins faces several charges, including possession.
