Six-year-old Braydon is getting outpatient care at Nemours Alfred "I" DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington.
His wish was to collect toys for all the children who have to spend the holidays in the hospital.
This afternoon he helped unload box after box of toys, 500 toys in total.
