Fire burns to 2-alarms at Wilmington recycling plant

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A fire at a Delaware recycling plant grew to two alarms Wednesday night.

The fire broke out on the 100 blocks of Amer Road in Wilmington around 5:30 p.m.

Action News was there as firefighters were hosing down piles of burning paper waste.

Firefighters brought the fire under control in about an hour.

No one was hurt in the blaze.
