WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Police have identified the man who was shot and killed while inside a car in the parking lot of a Wilmington, Delaware apartment complex.
It happened around midnight Thursday at the Brandywine Hills development on the 4300 block of Miller Road.

Thirty-three-year-old Albert K. Hazzard, Jr. of Wilmington was shot in the head.
His car coasted into another vehicle.
No other injuries were reported and no arrests have been made.
