Delaware school bus driver ticketed after bus stalls in water

DOBBINSVILLE, Del. (WPVI) -- Action News was in Dobbinsville, Delaware as a school bus was towed out of high water on Monday.

The driver tried to make it through the northbound side of Route 9, which had a road closed sign in place.

There were 45 students from William Penn High School on board at the time.

A different bus came to take them to school.

The driver was ticketed for ignoring the road closure and high water signs.
