PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say an alleged drunk driver drove through a crime scene in Feltonville.
This happened at the shooting scene near 5th and Wingohocking streets late Friday night.

Police say the driver nearly hit an officer.
No injuries were reported and the man was taken into police custody.
