There's more evidence that electronic cigarettes may hurt the body's ability to fight viruses.

Research presented Monday suggests vaping increases a person's risk of catching the flu.

In experiments, e-cigarettes suppressed antiviral responses and the body's mechanisms for activating immune cells.

Smoking tobacco cigarettes doesn't cause the same problems.
