Right now, there's just one path to the postseason:

With the Cowboys winning Sunday, the Birds only path to the playoffs is a Wild Card berth. To get there the Eagles will have to defeat the Washington Redskins on Sunday, December 30.
A win from the Birds isn't all it will take, however: the Minnesota Vikings also have to lose to the Chicago Bears.
If that were to happen, their record would be 8-7-1, compared to a 9-7 record for the Eagles if they win over Washington.
