The Philly Holiday Tree is all aglow in City Hall's Dilworth Park. It is the centerpiece of Mayor Jim Kenney's inaugural Philly Holiday Festival.
It is a 40 foot Colorado Fir from a family-owned farm in York County and, as Rick Williams tells us, it is a one-of-a kind work of art designed to celebrate both Philly's history and its future.
