SPRING GARDEN (WPVI) -- There was frank talk about adolescence and gender identity Sunday at a meeting in Spring Garden.

Teens, social service agencies, and Pennsylvania Physician General Dr. Rachel Levine took part in the session.

They exchanged ideas on the medical, social, and psychological issues which transgender young people face.

A new study shows about 3 percent of teens see themselves as transgender.
