Officials broke ground Tuesday morning on 'The Hamilton.'
It's a 600 apartment high rise coming to 15th and Hamilton, which is a few minutes from campus.
The site will also include retail space.
The Hamilton is slated to open in the spring.
The Radnor Property Group is partnering with C.C.P. to make it a reality.
