Study: Heart disease patients don't exercise enough

Tuesday, June 19, 2018
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Most heart disease sufferers - or those at high risk for it - aren't exercising enough to prevent more problems.

Doctors looked at people in both Australia and Brazil and found just 30% get 150 minutes of moderate or vigorous exercise.

They say light exercise like walking improves quality of life, but doesn't stave off heart trouble.
