It happened just before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Easton Road and West Moreland Avenue.
Witnesses say a car slid on the ice, spun out of control into oncoming traffic, and struck another vehicle head-on.
No other injuries were reported.
The names of the victims have not been released.
