PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Flames ripped through a rowhome in Philadelphia's Kensington section early Sunday morning.
Investigators say they are now looking into the possibility that squatters were inside the home and started the fire.

The call to the 1900 block of East Lippincott Street went out just after midnight, officials say.
Smoke and water damaged neighboring homes.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported at the scene.
