A man was found shot in the head on the 3700 block of Germantown Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Friday.
Police said they have a man in custody in connection with the shooting and a gun was recovered.
They said a confrontation was caught by surveillance cameras.
The identity of the suspect and the victim has not yet been identified.
