A New York state man bought dozens of newspapers around his town in hopes of keeping his arrest a secret.
Police arrested 43-year-old Joseph Talbot last week, and charged him with driving while intoxicated.

Police also charged him with refusing to be fingerprinted or photographed.
Talbot explained he didn't want his mugshot to appear in the paper.

But it ended up in the 'Times of Wayne County' anyway.
Talbot then bought hundreds of copies of the paper from locations around town.
