It happened around 11:25 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Telegraph Road.
The collision involved two vehicles.
Police said one person was ejected from one of the vehicles and two others were trapped.
Medical helicopters were called to the scene.
The crash caused the road to be closed in both directions.
