It happened around 5 p.m. Friday on southbound Route 55 near Ellis Mills Road in Harrison Township.
Police say a male driver of a Saturn lost control of his car, and veered off the road then flipped over.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not released his name until his family has been notified.
