ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- New Jersey governor Phil Murphy has signed a law that establishes a one-mile "growth zone" around Atlantic City International Airport.
It creates state tax incentives to try and draw businesses to the surrounding area, especially aviation-related ones.
