Serious crash on I-295 in Lawrence Twp.

LAWRENCE TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- New Jersey state police are investigating a serious crash on I-295 in Lawrence Township, Mercer County.

It happened around 9 a.m. Thursday on southbound I-295 near the ramp from Federal City Road.

Chopper 6 was over the scene and showed a car overturned on the side of the road.

There was no word on what caused the driver to lose control.
