It happened around 3 p.m. in the southbound lanes near mile marker 68 in Barnegat Twp.

The bus overturned and came to rest on its side.
Chopper 6 was overhead as the damaged bus and a damaged car were towed from the scene.
New Jersey state police say six people suffered minor injuries. That includes the driver, an aide and three students on the bus and another person in the other vehicle.
