It happened around 7 p.m. Monday at 5th Street and Fisher Avenue.
The impact of the crash sent a car onto a sidewalk crashing into a storefront.
A Philadelphia police cruiser was also involved.
There were no injuries to officers or civilians.
The crash remains under investigation.
