Police search for shooting victim who boarded SEPTA bus

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are searching for a shooting victim in the Olney section of Philadelphia.

Authorities believe a man was shot around midnight Friday near Front Street and Lehigh Avenue.

Police said he was shot in the arm and legs, but managed to flee by boarding a SEPTA bus.

Officers are checking area hospitals for the victim.

There is no word on a shooter.
