Police and fire crews responded to the accident in Whitemarsh Township.
It happened along Ridge Pike near Spring Mill Road just before 8:30 p.m.
Investigators said a driver lost control and crashed near the intersection.
Two people were transported to the hospital.
Their conditions are not known at this time.
