The vehicle left the roadway.
Video from Chopper 6 HD showed a debris field and a flatbed tow truck in a grassy area adjacent to the highway.
There was no immediate word what led to the crash or the extent of any injuries.
The ramp connecting I-95 North to Route 1 was closed as the investigation continues.
